Dr David FaullThe story
Dr David John Faull graduated from Avondale College, now Avondale University, in 1971 and embarked on a distinguished career in Adventist education.
He served as a teacher, deputy principal and principal in numerous locations. A leader of vision and compassion, David consistently recognised potential in others and inspired generations of students to pursue excellence.
While working full time, he completed a Diploma of Education, Master of Education and Doctor of Education. Since retirement, David has generously mentored principals across various schools and has continued to serve as an active principal in small schools.
A life in education

Wrote the first edition at the request of colleagues seeking support for new principals.
